We utilize OneSource Virtual with our payroll processing, tax remittances, and reporting mechanisms to the applicable US tax jurisdictions.

  • Processing and remitting payroll to both employees and tax jurisdictions
  • Customer service is quick and reliable
  • The reporting functionality of the CARES ACT deferrals is a bit confusing

  • Our payroll team is small and OneSource Virtual allows us to process timely and accurately despite a small team
  • OneSource Virtual provides us quarterly updates which allow us to report back to upper management on the status and effectiveness of the US payroll
We feel that we receive a much better "bang for our buck" with OneSource Virtual. They provide flexibility that we do not believe we would receive from the other vendor.
Our customer service representative inserts herself when needed to assist us if we are requesting something that is out of the ordinary. Our tax representative is quick and accurate with assistance.
OneSource Virtual is excellent with processing payroll and addressing questions that arise. Their staff is fluent in the interaction of Workday and [its] processing system.
