Overall Satisfaction with OnPay

I am a solo-operation and use OnPay for payroll services.

Pros

  • Onboarding was simple and quick with great support
  • Running payroll literally takes a few seconds
  • user-friendly options to change things as needed

Cons

  • I would love to get email reminders to run payroll 2 days in advance
  • An accountant wanted $300/month to take care of the IRS stuff, and OnPay charges something like $40 and does IRS stuff and payroll
My questions are answered quickly. Haven't had one in a long time, haven't needed to ask
