Overall Satisfaction with Ooma Office

We use Ooma Office as our main phone line; it helps us manage calls, takes messages, and assists us in having all the information we need to call back a potential client or current client.
  • Records and saves messages with the caller's phone number.
  • Answers calls that I cannot get to because I am with a client or at court.
  • Forwards calls to my cell phone that are not being answered in my office.
  • Sometimes the connection is spotty or conversation is choppy/unclear.
  • We see a positive impact on our ROI in allowing client to reach us when we are unavailable to talk to them at that moment.
Ooma support has been responsive, but not immediately.
