Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely

We perform A/B tests and improve user experience with the tool.

Pros

  • It's very easy to set up tests
  • Their tech support is amazing
  • it gives very quick and strong results.

Cons

  • I would have liked to see improvements with the sitecatalyst integration.
  • We used this tool to execute several tests. We saw huge ROI compared to our prior use of Adobe Test and Target.

Optimizely was the only tool on the market that met our need. Optimizely left its competition in the dust.
I love Optimizely's API. We had a specific scenario that we needed to execute. Optimizely was the only tool that fit our need. It truly is best-in-class.

Using Optimizely

We're concerned about possibly scaling to a point where the cost of Optimizely may go out of reach. It's the best tool out there. We're considering the possibility of switching to an inferior solution.
