Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely

We use Optimizely within our department. Our website is composed of our upcoming events, contact info, and some resources. Optimizely is a wonderful product for A/B testing results and improves it with better choices. The best thing about this product is that it is very easy to use.
  • Very easy to use compared to other alternatives. Just add the script to the website.
  • Frees up our time.
  • You can test things out before actually implementing.
  • It is too expensive.
  • It needs to have a more visual data representation.
  • Customer service is slow.
  • Increased website traffic.
  • Saved our devs time.
  • Easier to make changes.
We did not use any other products but we are considering doing so because of Optimizely's pricing.
If you have a website that a lot of users interact with, then this product would help you to choose the best choices to use on your website. If you have a website that has low traffic, then this might not be the best product. Also, the pricing is very expensive. Small businesses can find cheaper alternatives.
