Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Organizing project tasks across the company. Can be used for personal organization as well. Similar to monday and Asana programs.
We use it for our design and marketing teams mainly as you can store images and ideas.
Others in the organization can put in a work request to ask for an item and it easily tracked and organized.

Usability

Organizing images and campaigns as a team as well as organizing requests from other team members.
I'm noticing by some of the questions asked that we are not getting the most out of this program and that it either is not living up to it's potential or it isn't working as designed.

Content Marketing Campaign Performance

This all works reasonably well as I have said in my previous answers. We are able to organize our ideas, images, and collaborate as a team on different campaigns. Actually launching the campaign we have not been able to do through Optimizely Content Marketing Platform. I was not aware that was a goal of the program.

Alternatives Considered

monday.com, Asana, Hootsuite and Canva

Ultimately I think monday.com with Canva works a bit better for our organization. It is more versatile. I enjoy being able to use forms from outside sources. Canva is very versatile in images and design.
Hootsuite works well for posting to multiple social accounts but recently raised prices. Asana doesn't work quite as well for our circumstances.

I think Optimizely Content Marketing Platform is best for design, marketing, and other visually oriented teams. It has a good library for images and provides stock images as well. The request form works well internally. It doesn't work well for us if you need outside requests. Monday works better for that in our use case.
