Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely Web Experimentation
Primarily for AB experiments, the biggest problem is trying to grow revenue and mitigate risk. So both of those things, and we use it to validate our hypotheses.
Pros
- It's really easy for my CRO manager to create the experiments herself. We don't typically need a lot of developer input and the results are really easy to read and understand for many stakeholders throughout the organization.
Cons
- Google Tag Manager. Our challenge, it's a strange use case, but our challenge is that we don't have Google Tag Manager, so we can't integrate with GA4. And that's been a bit of a bummer. So I would like to be able to integrate with GA4 even without Google Tag Manager.
- It has been major. I don't want to give too many business metrics away, but I will say we have had exceptional ROI with really strategic and well thought out experiments.
We don't yet.
The platform itself, it makes it very easy, but it's more like the benefit of the experiment itself. We don't necessarily have the one platform for everything yet.
