It is right in line with Insightly. Salesforce has more integrations and it is easy to call in for help solutions. This is more self taught and working to build your own system that is best for your company's needs. Very good CRM for the price. Easy to follow instructions and testing setups
[Well suited] where a business is gathering and using a lot of contacts and leads. Small business where the clientele is limited it would not be as useful.
