Use Cases and Deployment Scope

PeopleSoft HCM is being used across the whole organization. We use it for payroll, HR, talent acquisition, tuition, referrals, benefits. We also use the Finance side of PeopleSoft for accounting

Pros and Cons

Houses all of our HR data in 1 central location
Able to query the database for almost any piece of information you may need
Payroll is able to interface with timekeeping vendors easily to load time files

The benefit retro process is awful. It seems to have many flaws that are never addressed including refunding employees too much when their benefits are changed
I believe this is in the works, but having terminated employees time records load to paylines would be great along with a log to show who the employees are
When there are errors on the calculations, it would be nice if the error would provide more detail as to what the problem actually is
