Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

Used across our whole organization. It addresses employee benefits, payroll and HR requirements.

Pros

  • Automation of payroll process
  • Automation of benefits events and link to job changes
  • Queries, WorkCenters
  • Fluid tiles

Cons

  • Implement new ideas based on user suggestions. Example, primary job flag updates.
  • Provide more options in Leave Accrual process
  • A better process for retroactive benefit deductions
  • Positive feedback from campus users for fluid technology
  • Negative feedback on bugs and usability in a few self service areas
