Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

Being used by several HR department across the organization. It addresses HRIS and FIS systems.
  • All employees in the organization can consistently use the same HCM to track employee payroll data
  • We used to have problems in getting technical support from PeopleSoft. We hired a consultant to support us.
  • Employee self service improved organization efficiency over 60%
  • Not all employees are well trained to use HCM. They often come to payroll to get guidance to use HCM
Organization get use to PeopleSoft HCM and has been using a few other Oracle solutions.
All employees in the organization are used to using PeopleSoft HCM after having used it for many years. It is good to use similar products with new versions.
