Overall Satisfaction with Oracle PeopleSoft HCM

The whole organization uses it for core HCM and base benefits administration. We track employee info and integrate to payroll.
  • It has the most robust and mature functionality
  • It has the best flexibility to configure and customize
  • There is a huge community of users and consultants to share experience and help with support
  • Improve the automatic updates of time and attendance regulatory rules
  • Improve the mobile time entry configuration
  • ROI has been great. We were doing things in small and different systems and it was time consuming. Now it is efficient and secure.
  • We had audit and security issues before PeopleSoft.
PeopleSoft is more mature and adjusts better to our needs.
It is the best core HCM and benefits admin system. It can also do payroll like a champ.
