Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Pretty easy to use, but it can get tricky to make changes once you have a large number of templates/sequences.
It is being used by the entire organization. It assists us in emailing contacts.

Cons

  • Can be tricky to find specific contacts
  • A lot of tabs in specific areas
Templates and Sequences. Yes they meet my needs.
  • Increased meetings
  • Increased pipeline
  • Increased revenue for team
They are very helpful and quick to respond! They communicate us via email when we have an issue.
I didn't have a choice, but I am happy with the product. It makes our jobs much easier everyday!
Formatting templates to send out to contacts are very helpful. It can get tricky to keep up with all your templates at times.
