Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

User experience has been a big positive in the adoption of outreach
Outreach is being used by our entire sales organization which includes business development reps, inbound lead reps, and account executives.

Pros

  • Sequences and templates are easy to use and a life saver for reaching out to many contacts every day.
  • Integration with Gmail is seamless and very helpful.
  • Insight into open rates and the live feed is extremely helpful as well.

Cons

  • Integration with Linkedin and Salesforce was great when I began using it (June 2017) but has since become very glitchy. Its quite tedious to bring in information from LinkedIn. Additionally, when using Outreach everywhere with SFDC, about 50% of the time Outreach will say the contact is not in Outreach "would you like to import it"? When I click yes it then says this contact already exists in Outreach. This isn't terrible but when you're reaching out to 20-50 people per day it's a huge time drain.
I don't generally create many reports with Outreach.
  • Given me back 5+ hours per week
  • Increased meetings by 2x with existing customers
  • Enabled me to contact 4 times the amount of contacts I normally would
Outreach support has been excellent. They respond very quickly and get my question answered. Even if I forget to respond I'll get an Outreach email from them which is a great reminder.
It's been some time since I've used the above but Outreach is an excellent product in terms of UI innovation and support. Integrations with SFDC and LinkedIn could use some work. I was not part of the team that selected Outreach.
Outreach is great for setting up email/call sequences and campaigns to prospects and existing customers.
