Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

Easy to implement and use.
Used by sales department. Helps us automate the process of reaching out to prospects.

Pros

  • Easy to add people into sequences
  • Easy to click to dial
  • Good customer service

Cons

  • Missing functionality
  • Would like to be able to see a bigger picture view of my sequences
  • Would like better functionality for when I'm calling people (being able to click one button to say the number doesn't work, have a notes section on the right side of screen)
  • Reporting can be a little confusing
Look at best times to email and best times to call. Would like for them to be easier to read. If you call someone at 2pm twice and they answer once, that shouldn't make it look like 2pm is the best time to call people because it's a 50% connection rate. Would like to see which numbers perform the best.
  • Has increased meetings and gives us more time to spend prospecting
Good customer success team. Has helped us adopt, but would like more engagement out of them. Sit down with the reports and say "do this, don't do that". Maybe more proactively reach out to us and suggest things.
Wasn't involved with evaluation. Would like integration from Linkedin to Outreach. Would like integration with DiscoverOrg's salesforce app. Right now, you can only add to sequences from DiscoverOrg's website but that doesn't work for us with our configuration as well.
Outreach is great for automating the process of reaching out to a bunch of different people and taking thought out of the process. Not as good for strategic outreach where you want more information about the person or don't want to follow an exact templated sequence for reaching out to them.
