Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

In the beginning, you need some training time to understand how it works and where you can find what. Some of the functionalities are deeper in the dashboard so it is not extremely easy to use in the beginning. Setting the account up, creating templates and insert them into sequences are things that need some training.
Outreach is being used by our sales development team and sales team to do outreach on a larger scale and to align and track analytics for our managers to see and evaluate activities.

  • Mass outreach, but with possibilities to personalize the messages
  • Email finder functionality, automatically find email adresses to the prospect
  • Automatically give alerts when person has visited our website to looked up information....similar to the Engagio tool
  • Saved loads of time to focus on other more important tasks in my day to day job
  • Quicker pipeline turnover leads to more deals
  • More insights into behavior of prospects and find the sweet spot of when to send messages out
In the beginning, it was a bit buggy, but they delivered quickly a very good and nice looking product...some of the features will be hard to adopt such as the calendar because I'm used to Google calendar. Maybe an integration with these would be a possibility?
If you have a large CRM list that you would reach out to with a similar message you can easily create sequences to send them multiple messages in a specific time frame. Additionally, you can track replies, openings and much more. It is a huge time saver in your day to day work.
