Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

I'm not using it anymore.
Outreach is a great asset for our SDR team but not really that useful for the Accounts team because it keeps assigning emails to the wrong deals. The logic for assigning communications to deals is the same as what you get with bcc to Salesforce so there's not much value there.

  • It's helped our SDR team greatly
  • Better control over messaging
  • Better control over call-mail cadence
Yesware is better and has a better user experience for account executives and people selling to named accounts.
Great for managing SDRs and outbound prospecting. Not really as good as Yesware for day-to-day selling to accounts where you are engaged in a sales cycle.
