Overall Satisfaction with Outreach

We use Outreach for our outbound phone calls, emails, sequences, and tracking people's output and dial numbers/emails/tasks.
  • It is really super great at making sequences with manual or automatic emails!
  • Great at masking our phone numbers as a local number.
  • Great at tracking opens on emails.
  • There is no click to dial function as found in SalesLoft.
  • Parts of the user interface are clunky and takes me off the page I want to be on from time to time.
  • Tracks information on companies but does not always find the right info.
Reports on daily dials/emails/tasks are generated and reviewed by management at our company. I know more in-depth reports are available but they don't seem to get used.
  • Almost none, we switched from SalesLoft and I haven't noticed much of a difference.
  • Negative impact because we no longer have the click-to-dial function which I think was heavily used by our team.
They are very similar. Outreach has some added bells and whistles but most of them have remained unused and SalesLoft might be evidence that simpler is better.
Outreach is fine but I've heard it's more expensive than SalesLoft. SalesLoft does almost everything, if not at least everything Outreach does.
