Overall Satisfaction with Outreach
I currently use Outreach to sequence prospects in an organized manner with custom emails and tasks. Additionally, some sequences require a follow-up call, so I utilize the platform for that purpose as well.
Pros
- Sending emails.
- Keeping up with email opens via cookies.
- Integrations with 3rd party apps (LinkedIn).
Cons
- When sequencing, I need to mark multiple leads, and using the search bar, it will uncheck all the leads that were previously checked.
- Calls drop constantly.
- Syncing contacts and leads with SF is challenging. The buttons to synchronize with CRM are available when searching for a contact or lead, but you cannot sync it when viewing the lead or contact itself.
- Features for booking a meeting are nice, especially with the transition to different time zones.
- Calling is a nice feature, and it's good that I can hop around outreach while in the call when pulling up info.
- Task creation is also a good feature.
I have not seen or interacted with any of these features. I do see that our CRM is synced within the system to display open opportunities and similar information. Still, in terms of predictive or generative AI capabilities, it is non-existent.
This was a company decision before I joined.
