Overall Satisfaction with PagerDuty

PagerDuty has absolutely transformed our organization, moving us from chaotic firefighting to a structured, collaborative resolution cycle. I personally like how timelines auto-populate with alerts, acknowledgements, updates, and decisions, without having to dig through scattered messages, emails, and screenshots. On-call rotations are flexible and fair, with easy handoffs and clear escalation policies.

The most important feature is that I can jump right in, see the declared impact, who's working what, and post customer-facing updates without leaving the incident management view. Alerts also arrive enriched with context, such as metric snapshots and related error logs.
