This solution addressing our business problems like production application issues and failures. This tool automatically create the ticket on the basis of the production incidents. It scanning our application continuously to prevent from any failures. It automatically assign ticket to respective team for fast resolution. It reduce the response time and provide us the transparency across the enterprise. It has AI capabilities it auto learn from the repeated incidents that helps better scalability of our applications.
