Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
In my organization, we utilize a large number of consultants and we utilize PandaDoc to assist in our contract management and execution with that constituency. We also utilize PandaDoc to simplify the process of securing executed contracts for products and services negotiated by our revenue team.
Pros
- Uploading/building contracts is fast and easy.
- Simplifies and streamlines the process of tracking progress and securing signatures.
Cons
- I find the system for sending out mass agreements to be a bit cumbersome and clunky.
- Should be a function other than "expire" to cancel a contract that's been sent but isn't executed.
- Has increased our efficiency as far as document creation and distribution.
- Has created a better customer experience with efficient signature capability and tracking.
I am only really familiar with DocuSign but find PandaDoc to be as feature rich while also being more user friendly and cost effective.
