Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We use PandaDoc for proposals, quotes, service agreements and pretty much anything contract wise between us and customers.
- Catalog management
- Electronic Signature
- Document tracking
- User management is a bit rough. Since I'm an admin I cannot share a document with someone else if I create the document myself.
- Pricing could use some work.
- The time in getting service contract signed has dropped in 1/2.
- The time it takes to deploy a new proposal due to the templates has dropped significantly.
I was not part of the selection committee but I was told they went through 5 different proposal tools and this one shined above all else.
