Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc is used for sending out booking confirmations to clients. This is when the sales team go into any agreement with a client. This could be on advertising space, sponsorship of awards, exhibition space. Panda doc allows us, as a company, to get a signed agreement. PandaDoc contracts states what the client is getting, the cost and the payment split. I pin signing and a contract is formed.
  • It allows you to save templates of your documents, that you frequently use
  • It gives you email updates when your documents are viewed and completed
  • It is a bit temperamental with moving text fields on templates when you are filling it out. If you are using a template you should be able to have the text fielded locked to where you want them
  • Once you have sent a form, if you click on editing , it will lock the document for signing - it is not always clear when that you have done it. The document should prompt you before clicking off , it it has been sent perviously, that you need to send it off for signing
  • More concrete contracts
  • Simple organisation that works to keep everything in one place
The reusable contracts are very handy. Having a template that you can quickly access and fill out is a massive positive.

You can assign one contact to sign but also send it to another who just is a viewer. Or you turn on documents forwarding and also contact Singing forwarding. This is a massive feature that brings positives aspects to PandaDoc.
Before using PandaDoc, we used simple Word document contracts in an email. We couldn’t track when things were viewed or opened. Also, we would have to get the client to print out, sign and get back to us, which is a long process.

PandaDoc now allows us to get real-time updates when things are viewed, reviewed and signed. Also, it is very easy for the receiver to open, view and sign.
PandaDoc looks very professional, the way it appears when you send it to a client. Clients are sometimes unsure what it is when it first gets sent to them as you have to click a link to get to the form, and some people are not sure if they can click the link. But once they understand who it is from, we have had a lot of feedback saying how professional it looks.
We compared it to Adobe Sign but this came out a lot more expensive. PandaDoc is a very reasonable price for the amount you can do on it.
It is very well suited for contracts - it gives you the opportunity to tailor the form to how you need - easy to set up and use. It gives you the signing boxes, saved contacts, and origination. If sending out mass emails daily, this is a very good tool.

if you are looking for something that you want to use once in a while, this is most likely a bit too much for that.
