Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Our company uses it to process invoices for payment. It is currently used by our Fleet Maintenance and Accounting departments. It allows us to go paperless and to pass invoices from department to department while maintaining social distance.
  • Easily add documents.
  • Easily obtain all required initials or signatures.
  • Easily add appropriate payment stamp (OK to Pay or Pay & Deduct).
  • Easily add recipients.
  • Saves time.
  • No social interaction required.
The only templates we use are OK to Pay stamp to indicate indicate invoices that are the companies expense, Pay & Deduct stamp to indicate cost to be reimbursed to the company, and a Credit stamp to indicate money coming back in.
Because I haven't seen or used any other product.
