Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Sign onboarding documents for new hires. And anything that requires employee signature.

Pros

  • Features.
  • Price.
  • Clean.

Cons

  • Customer service on chat is in Russia?
  • Have to use Chrome for some features like viewing an attachment.
  • Signer cannot reset the form after signing.
  • Neg - Creating templates.
  • Neg - Cannot drag and select multiple fields to assign to a signer/role.
  • I don't use it as a sales.
More expensive than HelloSign or eversign. But cheaper than DocuSign.

Like the feature you can add videos on documents.
Bulk sending for onboarding paperwork, or things I need all employees to sign.
