Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We use PandaDoc to execute residential leasing contracts. Our leasing department is currently the only department that uses the program. We began using the program during the height of the pandemic and are continuing to do almost all of lease signing virtually- even though we are fully staffed in the office.
Pros
- Editing capabilities are incredibly user friendly.
- The "reminder" feature is super! Set up automatic reminders to send to signers at a chosen time and in selected increments.
- The Dashboard conveniently displays document status and makes locating a particular one very easy.
Cons
- Oftentimes when I have multiple signers, it will make their signature boxes almost identical in color - it's a manageable issue but, makes it confusing with multiple people on one contract.
- Saves a significant amount of time for our staff being able to send them out through PandaDoc and not have to read through and entire 30 page contract in person.
- We have used the program for only contract signing.
