Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc to execute residential leasing contracts. Our leasing department is currently the only department that uses the program. We began using the program during the height of the pandemic and are continuing to do almost all of lease signing virtually- even though we are fully staffed in the office.
  • Editing capabilities are incredibly user friendly.
  • The "reminder" feature is super! Set up automatic reminders to send to signers at a chosen time and in selected increments.
  • The Dashboard conveniently displays document status and makes locating a particular one very easy.
  • Oftentimes when I have multiple signers, it will make their signature boxes almost identical in color - it's a manageable issue but, makes it confusing with multiple people on one contract.
  • Saves a significant amount of time for our staff being able to send them out through PandaDoc and not have to read through and entire 30 page contract in person.
We upload individual contracts each time because they are so specific and that is still so much easier than in person signing. We also use a few reusable templates which save a significant amount of time and take moments to complete and send.
We work with a younger population who are frequently on cell phones. So the mobile-friendly capabilities are essential for our usage.
Zero complaints about the way the documents look. We generally scan in documents to the program and they look perfect.
  • We have used the program for only contract signing.
We found PandaDoc more user friendly than DocuSign. Panda organizes documents in a FAR more streamlined layout. Panda has excellent customer support which i would not say about DocuSign - I did not find them helpful in troubleshooting.
DocuSign was far more costly.
Highly likely. It's extremely user friendly and took no more than two or three documents to have the swing of it!
