Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Used across the whole company, it is used to confirm the signature with the client at all steps of the process, at sales, NDA sign off, Out of Scope budget validation, deliverables sign-off, etc.
  • Ability to add fields to PDF documents.
  • Possibility to have several people signing.
  • Authenticated and recorded signature.
  • Possibility for each person to download the signed document.
  • No possibility to add/remove fields once the document is send (ex: addition of comments by client).
  • Auto-addition of fields would be nice.
  • No possibility to add numbered fields (e.g. company number).
  • Gain of time for every documents signature.
  • No need to print/sign/print.
Document creation is not used, we always use a PDF on which we add required fields.
As mentioned previously, a long number field could be helpful.
Also, if PandaDoc could recognize the different field (line below which there is written "signature" or "date").
PandaDoc is used to ease document signature management by removing the need to print/sign/scan and the follow-up of the various signing person.
Keep the look of PDF document and added fields are well embedded.

  • Internal documents transmission.
When certified signature from several people's signature are required.
