Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We are using PandaDoc as a way to deliver proposals to our customers. Our team of about 6 use it frequently, after our company acquired another company. It is very easy to use, I like the widgets.

Pros

  • Easy to use.
  • Easy to customize.
  • Easy to export/save in folders.

Cons

  • Sometimes, the widgets are hard to space.
  • Made it easy to generate proposals.
  • Time savings.
  • Easily exportable.
We just use the standard proposal template in our CRM - that I did not create. So, this is the first application I have used.
Salesforce CMS, Google Drive, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
It is great for proposal generation. I don't think it is necessarily well suited for full contracts - for areas where you have a mix of graphics, text, and data - it is great.
