Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We are using PandaDoc as a way to deliver proposals to our customers. Our team of about 6 use it frequently, after our company acquired another company. It is very easy to use, I like the widgets.

  • Easy to export/save in folders.
  • Sometimes, the widgets are hard to space.
  • Made it easy to generate proposals.
  • Time savings.
  • Easily exportable.
I love the templates settings, embedded signature widget, etc. We are using templates that were created by the company we acquired - so I have not directly created a template.
I have not really had this come up - yet.
They look great! They not only look great on my end when I create, but when I send it out. It translates really well to being sent out within the app, or generated via PDF.
We just use the standard proposal template in our CRM - that I did not create. So, this is the first application I have used.
Salesforce CMS, Google Drive, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
It is great for proposal generation. I don't think it is necessarily well suited for full contracts - for areas where you have a mix of graphics, text, and data - it is great.
