Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc is being used by the sales department to submit proposals and the legal department to send legal documents.

Pros

  • PandaDoc shortens closing time on proposals due to digital signatures.
  • PandaDoc has a wealth of design abilities.
  • PandaDoc is easy to use.

Cons

  • The importing of different formats would be beneficial - Word documents do not keep source formatting.
  • Font sizes look to be different when importing on PDF than those of the same font size typed in.
  • More consistent delivery into the main email box of clients.
  • We have had a faster signature rate.
  • We can duplicate and quickly send out similar documents.
  • We are able to include a template of marketing material appropriate for different sections.
  • Sending the completed documents to all saves us an extra step.
  • The reminder step is a time saver.
  • Easy to find historical documents is a benefit.
PandDoc is great for getting Non- Disclosure Agreements and other legal documents signed quickly.
It is also great for sending out proposals with similar content, less appropriate for other parties documents.
