Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

PandaDoc is a vital part of our company, especially during the pandemic. As a developer, we have seen a large increase in the real estate market during this time and having the ability to send important documents via PandaDoc has helped keep the process moving.
  • Uploading PDF quickly has been a large help in creating an efficient documentation process.
  • PandaDoc allows users to securely execute documents in a click of a button, the convenience of signing documents from anywhere is helpful in time management.
  • The website is very easy to use. Having the a very standard display is helpful. Sometimes apps like this make it too difficult to use and makes the thing that was meant to save time, add more time to the process.
  • PandaDoc needs to look at larger files, and making them easier to download.
  • The large number of emails that accompany a document are kind of annoying.
  • Maybe have a standard recipient list as an option so people don't have to add the same people over and over if they have multiple documents that are being sent to the same people.

I typically use the PDF upload. This is greatly helpful in getting a document signed in a timely manner. I am able to receive a document and send it out to be signed within a five minute window, where in the past I would have had to print and travel to the person I needed to sign the document and then scan and resend. This cuts out so much extra time.
I have not personally used the redlining or commenting capability, but I do think this is a nice feature. The mobile- friendly eSign is very helpful for most documents that are sent out. I think having the capability to sign a document at any location with a click of a button is a wonderful tool.
I think PandaDoc design is very basic, in a good way. The application is easy to use and having a standard design is able to provide a easier use for all parties.

I think the other applications work well, but they don't send the signed document automatically. PandaDoc is very convenient in the way I am able to add recipients and a signer, and when the signer completes the document I don't have to go back and send the document out, instead the application does it for me. It saves me time and worry.
PandaDoc is a great help in getting a document securely signed quickly. It is also great way to reduce paper waste. Instead of having to print a whole document to scan back into the computer to send out you are able to keep everything paperless.
