Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
PandaDoc is used by our Sales Team to write up client quotations, which can vary quite dramatically. It's simple and easy to use, making it perfect for this requirement.
- Straightforward layout that makes finding what I need really easy.
- Interactive, meaning I can delete, amend and insert items with ease.
- Copy function on documents saves a lot of time, especially as a lot of quotes are similar.
- The documents can crash if a high resolution photo is added.
- There needs to be a back button or option. Often when I delete something, I have to recreate it, rather than recover it.
- The documents can be restrictive in content. For example, if I want to insert a photo into a textbox, it does not always allow this. I assume it depends on the size.
- Time saved creating and producing documents.
- Good design elements for a formal quotation to be created, leading to a better customer experience.
- Greater employee efficiency, as the system is easy to use and relatively stress-free.
I have not used these elements.
- Good record keeping, where all data is in one place.
