Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We are using PandaDocs with all our sales and biz dev staff. This platform helps Create, organize and manage proposals from start to signatures from all parties needed. Stores templates of different types of proposals you use often and stores past proposals for easy tracking.

Reusable templates has been the most useful with our business. We use the same proposal with little tweaks to each pricing and package and this platform allows for easy change and tweaks from a base template.
We haven't used the team's version, so the biggest help is the communication and efficiency this platform offers as well as the mobile-friendly and desktop signatures. This has made it very easy for the client to sign and send back.
Has a great professional look but is also easy to use and read.

If you need a platform where you can create documents that need signatures and send them to multiple parties to be signed. You can track and get notified of who has signed and who is waiting. The user interface lets you know if the document is good to go or still waiting on signatures. We have been trying to integrate PandaDocs with our invoicing software so they can pay invoices directly from a proposal signed but it does run into a lot of problems since this needs a developer to custom code and maintain.
