Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

At XP3 Talent, we use PandaDoc for all of our client contracts, agreements, and addendums.

Pros

  • User friendly
  • Easy to navigate
  • Easy to create customizeable forms
  • Easy to send to and remind recipients

Cons

  • Ability to integrate with other programs at any account level
  • Search capability (make easier)
  • Efficiency in creating and customizing documents
  • Saves time by not having to recreate documents
  • Ability to see who has viewed and/or signed the documents
  • Sending offer letters to our employees.
  • Sending addendums to contracts that have already been executed.
  • Ease of downloading a copy for saving.
PandaDoc, hands down, has the best ease of access and is more user-friendly.

PandaDoc is well suited for sending contracts as it has customizable fields for our clients to fill out. We can create a master template and easily tweak it per client details. PandaDoc would be less appropriate for sending multiple contracts at once.
