Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

At XP3 Talent, we use PandaDoc for all of our client contracts, agreements, and addendums.
  • User friendly
  • Easy to navigate
  • Easy to create customizeable forms
  • Easy to send to and remind recipients
  • Ability to integrate with other programs at any account level
  • Search capability (make easier)
  • Efficiency in creating and customizing documents
  • Saves time by not having to recreate documents
  • Ability to see who has viewed and/or signed the documents
The templates have been an invaluable asset to send contracts easily and quickly. Being able to sign with a click saves a lot of time as well.
Real-time notifications are imperative to us at XP3 as we need to know when to move to the next steps as soon as possible. Being able to sign the documents while away from a computer also aids in this efficiency.
PandaDoc's customization allows the docs to be as formal or as casual as the author desires.
  • Sending offer letters to our employees.
  • Sending addendums to contracts that have already been executed.
  • Ease of downloading a copy for saving.
PandaDoc, hands down, has the best ease of access and is more user-friendly.

PandaDoc is well suited for sending contracts as it has customizable fields for our clients to fill out. We can create a master template and easily tweak it per client details. PandaDoc would be less appropriate for sending multiple contracts at once.
