Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

Primary use is for proposals/quotes to customers. We also use it for service agreements. It plugs in great to our CRM so you can seamlessly add in contact information from the CRM to the quote then allows for easy PDF upload to CRM. Easy to use and manipulate based on your needs.

  • Customers love the experience. Ability to chat directly from quote is great.

Anybody that needs a simple quoting software should jump on PandaDoc. If you especially need signatures, it's great for that. The ability for your customers to see the proposal, any attachments, and download a PDF copy is great. Also great for creating information packets for customers. PandaDoc offers great start-up service to help create some crucial templates to get you up and running quickly.
