Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We currently use PandaDoc for all of our proposals and agreements reviews and signatures. This solution allows us to keep track of when representatives review the sent proposals, how many times it is viewed, and when they complete the agreement. Each proposal captures unique information for the particular company including Address, Name, Title, Date, Signatures.
Pros
- Notification of when a document is viewed.
- Notification of when a document is signed.
- Notification of when a document is completed.
Cons
- Ability to add email signatures when sending a proposal via email.
- Improved ability to forecast an opportunity based on viewing notifications.
