Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

I use PandaDoc for all documents that need to be sent to clients for signing. It is simple for the client to view and sign documents even with limited resources. PandaDoc has addressed the challenges of no longer doing client intakes at the office. I am now able to go over the forms with the client and they can view them before signing. It offers extra protection for both the clients and staff regarding COVID-19 and other contagious diseases.
  • Easy to change templates
  • The ability to upload previous PDF and Word docs to be changed into PandaDocs
  • The ability to organize my homescreen
  • I would like to be able to create files for each individual client for both sending and receiving instead of them all being in the same document folder.
  • Currently there is an option to email the forms individually to the clients or add a link to an email. It would be nice to be able to create one email to send an entire file of docs that need to be signed to the client directly from PandaDocs.
  • Customer experience (being able to view documents and not having to find transportation to our office)
  • Organization - all on computer rather than printed out.
I have not created any documents as I have just uploaded documents that I previously had created in PDF or Word format. Those were fairly simple to transition into PandaDocs. There were a few docs that were difficult - one was a two-page form but it was landscape style rather than portrait style layout. At the time we created that doc, PandaDocs did not have the ability to create the landscape-style form. I'm not sure if that has changed at all. Changing a 2-page document into PandaDocs became a six-page form. It is clean and easy to read, it just takes up more space.
Mobile-friendly esignatures have made a world of difference working with our clientele! People who don't have access to a computer many times still have access to a phone and it is that simple for them to open their email, view the documents, fill out and sign, and they are returned to me. For me, the most time consuming is putting a client's file together ahead of their appt. time. Once I have all of their docs ready, I have their phone appt. where I go over all of the documents, and then they are emailed to them. Once they are signed, I get them back and I'm able to complete their file.
I enjoy the homescreen/dashboard. I like how easily accessible everything is. I do not like the timeline that was included in the most recent update! It takes up half my screen and I work from a laptop which is an already small screen. I wish there was an option to minimize it like there is an option to minimize the tabs on the left-hand side. There is a lot that I have not even had a chance to explore in PandaDoc that when I have more time, I look forward to diving into.
  • I cannot speak to the rest of the organization as I am only from one part.
  • Our finance and administrative departments are both using PandaDocs for some things.

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy PandaDoc again?

Yes

I have already done training with our staff to help them switch over to PandaDoc. It has made a world of difference compared to the first year of the pandemic. My files are neatly organized now and I am not having to print off everything. Even when individuals are not very tech-savvy, they have found the PandaDocs system a simple way to get their documents signed. We want to create as few stumbling blocks as possible when it comes to getting our clients housed. I have not used other document signing programs to use as a comparison, but I was provided access to PandaDoc right at the time I needed it most.
