Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

The internal sales team can build contracts based on pre-set templates from Hubspot, which an exec can review and approve for sending. The workflow allows us to rapidly send new contracts, follow up on outstanding ones, and have reviews/revisions in a redline method. We also use [PandaDoc] for ad-hoc documents that benefit from a quick esignature like letters of intent and non-disclosure agreements.

Once the templates are built, then utilizing them for the sales team has proved very effective.
Redlining is a key need for us as clients often negotiate contracts. Mobile-friendly e-sign is helpful for execs who have received reviews from their team and are ready to just move forward with a signature.
Still missing some overall fit and finish but is still professional looking.
