Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc daily to send proposals, service agreements, and client information forms. We were able to integrate the software into our CRM program, which helps us keep all proposals and documents organized. We are a high-end design company so our documents need to be aesthetically pleasing and very professional looking. PandaDoc solves this problem.

Pros

  • PandaDoc is highly customizable.
  • PandaDoc is easy to use.
  • PandaDoc is able to be integrated into other softwares that our company is using.

Cons

  • Very occasional glitches cause changes to not be saved in the moment.
  • Being able to crop photographs inside of the document would be useful.
  • Would like email remainders when documents are close to expiring date.
  • Better customer impression and experience.
  • Big time saver creating documents using templates.
  • Keeps documents and clients organized.
  • We have only used PandaDoc for sales related documents.

I would definitely recommend PandaDoc to any company that wants to send beautiful and professional-looking proposals and documents to clients. It is well suited for companies with a lot of clients at once as it is easily integrated into a CRM system and keeps documents organized and in one place. It is very easy to use.
