Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

We use PandaDoc daily to send proposals, service agreements, and client information forms. We were able to integrate the software into our CRM program, which helps us keep all proposals and documents organized. We are a high-end design company so our documents need to be aesthetically pleasing and very professional looking. PandaDoc solves this problem.

  • Being able to crop photographs inside of the document would be useful.

The reusable templates have been a huge time saver. After creating our templates it takes us minimal time to provide a beautiful and easy-to-use proposal to clients. Fill-in fields and embedded signatures have allowed us to send and complete service agreements very quickly. The integrations with our CRM system have been helpful to save time and stay organized.
Mobile-friendly signatures have been helpful because most clients/people use their mobile phones for everything. We have not used the other capabilities mentioned at this time.
Users can easily create a beautiful and very professional-looking document in PandaDoc. This is important to our business because we are a high-end design company and our proposals need to match our products. Clients are typically very impressed with our proposals and documents and we have received great feedback.

I would definitely recommend PandaDoc to any company that wants to send beautiful and professional-looking proposals and documents to clients. It is well suited for companies with a lot of clients at once as it is easily integrated into a CRM system and keeps documents organized and in one place. It is very easy to use.
