Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We use Pandadoc to obtain digital signatures from our clients on legal documents. The system has been excellent so far and has been used widely firm wide on a variety of use cases and legal documents. We never had any issue with the system and it is an efficient platform for us to sign clients remotely the documents that are required to complete their legal matter. We give it a full rating as it is easy to use and easy for our clients to use. It stays out of the way and we can see signatures go in live when we sign together with our clients over webcam. Its a great system.

Cons
- sometimes the system glitches when signing on the phone or ipad
- auto placing signature spots and fill spots is finicky and we dont use it much
- better customer experience
- allows for efficient remote signatures and meetings
- saves time on meeting
- signing closing documents
Pandadocs pricing tiers are its biggest advantage, seeing signatures go in real time is a big plus as well.
