Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

I send power of attorney documents and property damage release forms to customers and clients. these forms are used in the purchasing of vehicle that are total losses and getting titles renamed. The releases are so parties can not come back to sue our insured at a later time.

Pros

  • easy interface. easy to use, and navigate
  • saves documents that may be used a lot.
  • the ability to check progress of documents and send reminders

Cons

  • I do wish we had a little additional time before the documents expired.
  • if document expires the ability to make small changes and resend.
  • Time savor, no traveling
  • all employees can use and share created documents
  • saves money on mail.
  • high majority of states accept electronic signatures.
  • legal documents
  • limited power of attorney documents
last time I used DocuSign was around 2020. at that time I do not recall a template or option to save a document for future use. no way to save a document with blank areas where you could open the document and put in info pertaining to what you where working on.

PandaDoc is prefect for quick signing of legal documents so people do not have to travel to offices. these legal documents can range from limited power or attorney, medical releases, and releases of liability. I have used it for parental permission documents for school activities and church activities.
