Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
We use PandaDoc for the submission, review and signing of contracts. It allows us to see whether the recipient has accessed the contract, whether they have read it or not, and which parts they have paid most attention to. It also allows us to have a repository and automatic sending to the people you want, which saves purely administrative tasks and allows us to spend more time on other more important tasks.
Pros
- intuitive to use page
- ease of contract drafting
- very good customer service and technicians to solve any problem on the spot.
Cons
- I preferred the old style to the new one, it seems colder and older to me.
- Increased close rate
- greater employee efficiency
- easy access to signed contracts
- To create marketing documents
- To be able to sign termination letters for employees who no longer have a professional account
- To have a legal repository
To be able to block certain fields within templates and contracts, so that the commercial team can negotiate the rest and adapt them but cannot change those purely legal clauses that should not be negotiated or changed without the approval of the legal department. I also find the design more intuitive.
