Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Networks

We are a small user of 12 desk sets in 2 locations. PanTerra Networks solved the problem of having a stand alone phone system. We now have desk sets that work anywhere there is a wired Network connection they can plug into, home or even another office

Cons

  • Using the online system is like flying an intercontinental jet. it's an amazing system, but it's time consuming to understand.
  • Most of our users just want to push a button to forward their calls.
  • Yes we reduced costs a bit, but otherwise little impact. Most of our agents work off their cell phones and face to face interactions.
My brain doesn't work like their software so when I need something, which is rare, I just call 611 and they answer and take good care of me, even being a small customer.
Implementation was pretty flawless. It was the end users, myself and others that caused any difficulties. We also used a middle man which probably caused the most difficulties
our people really don't need or use most of what PanTerra Networks offers.
PanTerra Networks Customer service is the best.

Their customer support is fabulous and that's really all that matters. They helped set up incoming call hunting routes, and voicemail systems. For me it was too detailed but I almost retained. It just didn't matter because their service team is fabulous
