We are a small user of 12 desk sets in 2 locations. PanTerra Networks solved the problem of having a stand alone phone system. We now have desk sets that work anywhere there is a wired Network connection they can plug into, home or even another office

- Using the online system is like flying an intercontinental jet. it's an amazing system, but it's time consuming to understand.
- Most of our users just want to push a button to forward their calls.
- Yes we reduced costs a bit, but otherwise little impact. Most of our agents work off their cell phones and face to face interactions.
our people really don't need or use most of what PanTerra Networks offers.
