Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Networks

PanTerra Networks has been an integral part of our organization for over 5 years. We migrated from a dedicated phone system to PanTerra with no issues and saved significantly. Their support and customer service is excellent, with rapid responses to any issues that came up. Our team loves the web interface and integration into our workstations. Couldn't be happier.

We have been able to maintain a high level of productivity when we switched to PanTerra Networks. With the easy to use interface, we have been able to move quickly as our business needs have changed.
PanTerra Networks is much less expensive than other solutions. Our small business does not need all the features that other products offer.

PanTerra Networks is ideal for small businesses who need highly configurable phone systems. We can quickly add, or remove, a user without losing any time. We don't use our hardline phone system as much as other businesses might, but we have never had any issues. It may not be the most suitable for a business with a high volume of incoming/outgoing phone calls.
