We use PanTerra Networks for all of our telephone communication. We have been using them for a little over 10 years now and have had an excellent experience with them. I recommend them for phone services as well as meeting hosting. Their support time is usually immediate if an issue arises and their pricing is reasonable.

Their support has been fantastic. I work with a local tech and he has been able to work as an intermediate partner and gets any issues that arise resolved incredibly quickly. PanTerra Networks has been a great provider for us over the years and I do not have anything negative to say about their support time and appreciate their hard work.

Implementation Rating

The implementation for our office went very easy and we have moved several times over the years. They support a very wide array of hardware that meets different needs and price points. Setup for an office goes supper fast since you don't need to host anything locally. It was a great experience for our office.
