Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams

Before we even received the equipment, the staff was very knowledgeable with what I currently had and what I would need to make the switch. When the equipment arrived they were on the phone and walked me through step by step on how to install and set up. It went so smoothly I was sure something was going to be wrong.
We have several office lines and 3 different companies. We each have our own line in/out. We make 100's of outbound calls daily. The only issue we have ever had is setting up groups and phone options for customers; we have yet to figure it out. The information is on the website, but it is written for people with an understanding of how the technology works, not very user friendly for those who are not tech savvy. setting up and/or changing users is also pretty difficult and requires a call to customer service for help. Onboarding and customer support is always wonderful when we do reach out. The dashboard is great to view activity from all lines and to make sure things are working correctly.
  • The onboarding support is phenomenal. Handholding and explaining was perfect
  • Real time status on all lines and users
  • Hardware has never had any issues
  • The streams website is very hard to navigate regarding user names and roles
  • Setting up group voicemails and phone options is very hard to understand
  • The tutorials on the website or not easy to understand
  • Very reliable. We make hundreds of calls outbound and there has never been a connectivity issue or otherwise
  • We decreased our monthly expense for reliable service by several hundred dollars
  • The onboarding support was the best we've ever experienced. They were on the phone while we hooked up every phone, tested, and got it all set up with ease.
  • Any changes needed after onboarding were difficult to accomplish without a call to customer service. Some of those calls to customer service made things more confusing
Always friendly, but not always sure how to fix the issue. I have had very few issues, but have called in to get help with updating users and roles. I received confusing instructions at first, but finally reached someone that could just update it for me. It still doesn't show correctly in the system, but the phone is working and voicemails are routed correctly.
We only use PanTerra for phones. I have never utilized any other service and was unaware it was even offered. It hasn't impacted our productivity one way or the other.

Panterra is a wonderful service and very low cost for what they offer, compared to other companies. My only gripe is that the user guides are not helpful. They are broad and meant to help everyone depending on the service they have. The problem with that is when you have someone that doesn't fully understand exactly the products/service we have we end up reading pages of guides and learn nothing. If it were more basic and user friendly to those not in the industry it would be more helpful.
