Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams

Our experience on PanTerra was great from the start. At first, I mainly wanted to reduce my monthly expenses. Then I learned how much space was available and how much time I could save each day.
We have been using PanTerra since we opened our new office and have had no problems. PanTerra held our hands and made every switch with ease. If we have any questions, PanTerra will deal with them immediately. We are no strangers to the VOIP world, but I would say PanTerra service was the first service that really made these features worth it to us. We use virtual fax more than most businesses and think PanTerra's products are much simpler for every employee.

Pros

  • Setup is not rushed, and when the system is built, there is no charge.
  • Software is stable, we only went to customer service 3 times last year to deal with minor problems.
  • Call quality is good and the control panel is simple.

Cons

  • Onboarding process was rough in the beginning.
  • Installation and setup was not that easy.
  • I'm not happy about the shipping charges. It didn't show up in my offer, and my salesman didn't tell me.
  • Daily use cost reduction.
  • Safer storage.
  • Employee productivity increases.
My IT people keep saying PanTerra has great support and I love my salespeople. It just shows that PanTerra is willing to go the extra mile. They patiently did all this and made it a pleasant experience, and the software was very reliable. Unlike many UCaaS providers, they do not resell other companies' software. This is no longer about repackaging Broadsoft. Their call center options have unlimited customization and Settings.
My sales staff is informed and has a rapid reaction. We experienced executive personnel, services and functions are what we want. PanTerra provides functionality and reports for us better than other suppliers. Saves time, my team is more efficient and it lets me have more time to deal with the development of the company.

Webex applications can easily share content during meetings, which makes it easy to conduct presentations and seminars with customers, and Webex applications use minimal data, which makes meetings more efficient. However, the free version only allows for 50-minute sessions and small 1:1 sessions with colleagues or classmates throughout the day, so due to the price tag, Webex might not be the best choice, and PanTerra Streams is more for me.
When traditional companies can't monitor employees during the day, PanTerra Streams is perfect for this situation because it allows them to visually view incoming calls.
