Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams
Smartbox is a neat secure file storage and sharing tool that is included on the Streams platform. You can securely store files and documents as well as voicemails, call recordings, faxes, and text messages, and it is secure. in the Streams platform, you can access storage from any device, such as desktop, laptop, notebooks, and mobile. Another powerful feature that Panterra has is a team messaging tool that allows you to set up secure virtual team rooms with people within or outside our company. You can share text, pictures, videos, audio, files, and folders. You can start an audio or video conference within the team.
Pros
- Pan Terra has great customer service and handles every call with urgency.
Cons
- I have not seen anything that they have not covered Panterra is always working to improve the platform and features of Stream
- reliability has improved, we are able to receive our calls even outside of the office
Our productivity has improved we have better communication and are all able to view all messages and store info it helps improve our productivity extremely
