Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams

It took an extraordinary long time to get the phone numbers transferred over. I, the customer, had to do a lot of the work.
We use it for all telephone (including fax) operations, including remote users and cell phone users.
  • Customer service is good. They always respond promptly when I call.
  • Detailed invoices.
  • Easy and quick email notifications of phone messages and faxes.
  • Would prefer more hands-on initial training for employees.
  • Clearer instructions on how to make updates as employees transition in and out of the organization.
  • Our telephone bill was reduced by more than 60% by moving from Cox.
Initially, the support team required a lot of explanation to get to the root of the problem. PanTerra's support staff has really improved, i.e., they seem to have a little more experience now.
A slight increase in productivity, esp. related to off-site workers.

I would not recommend PanTerra to an organization that is not technology savvy. Panterra 'disappears' once the initial set-up is complete. The customer has to be proactive with follow-up questions or additional assistance.
