Overall Satisfaction with Pantheon

We use Pantheon for a client's web hosting needs, where possible. We also support several large organizations that are using Pantheon for their hosting as well. Pantheon takes the worry and stress of technical support and site outages out of our hands and puts them in Pantheon's hands. This reduces customer frustration as response times are quick and solve their issues a majority of the time without our intervention.

Pantheon is leaps and bounds ahead of its competition in platform reliability, support, and platform features. The most important factor for us is uptime and support response times.

Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), PhpStorm, WebStorm, ClickUp
Their hosting is great for WordPress and Drupal sites of all sizes. The reliability of their platform and the support makes it a great choice for anyone that wants a worry-free and always-up website host. Their platform is not well suited for sites that are heavily customized with requirements for 3rd party libraries, as they only support certain libraries.
